Lyrics

All your love is a wonder
Let me be a part of your number
I wanna be a part of your life
Just turn around – jump and jife

I wanna be in your lightnin’
The way you love me is frightnin’
I wanna be a part of your dream
Don’t be crul, don’t be a fool, don’t be mean

Could it be that everyday’s the same, we remain
Oh I wanna play that easy lovin’ game

Loving you is a wonder
Ohhh, yes it is
Loving you is a wonder

Baby, you can’t do me wrong
With your best stuff on
You can shine up the night
Bring me back the light, the light

All your love is a wonder
Let me be a part of your number
I wanna be a part of your life
Just turn around – jump and jife

Could it be that everyday’s the same, we remain
Oh I wanna play that easy lovin’ game, easy lovin game
Oh I wanna play that easy lovin’ game

My first big love that I had made me cry so many times
That sweet lovely woman, she told me so many lies – yes she did
And for this reason, my love went away, I had to leave her far behind

But if you ever had it better
it don’t matter
It’s gonna be alright

The next girl that I loved made me happy, had me loosing my mind
But as time passed by I realized I couldn’t treat her right
oh, I wish it was’nt so and I tell you man,
I cried the night away
‘cause I still haven’t found what I wanna find

Well if you ever had it better
it don’t matter
It’s gonna be alright

I tell you next time, when I fall in love
I will find somebody
Who takes care of me, who does understand me
I need a crazy lazy woman, just strong enough for me

Oh will I ever meet the right girl, the right one for me
I won’t change -he can’t change-
the way I wanna be and she’s the same as me – that’s how it’s gotta be
If I will ever meet the right girl for me,
I will hug her in the morning and kiss her every night

Well if you ever had it better
it don’t matter
It’s gonna be alright

Summer in the city
wetness in bed
hot emotions
and a dirty chat

Summer in the city
wetness in bed
hot emotions
and a dirty chat

I need your hottest move
and your kisses all night long
you make me feel
like someone, who feels so strong

Summer in the city…

You make me high and low
baby, you’ve touched my soul,
what a great thing
I like the smilin’ on your face
and the way your playground swings
Summer in the city…

I love your taste, charme,
I wanna wake up in your arms…

Changing faces – changing places
you gotta find your own oasis
Changing faces – changing places
you gotta find your own oasis

See what’s happening everyday
Living a lie, you can’t stay away
See what’s happening through the night
good times in trouble, can’t stand the fight

Changing faces – changing places…

You’re on your way, keep on trying
help your friends and stop them from lying
You’re on you’re way to get your satisfaction
every broken rule needs a brand new reaction

Find yourself travelin’ around
listen to the sound that your soul has never found
Don’t find yourself in loneliness
rock your way to happiness

Changing faces – changing places…

Whatcha doing now looking such a treat
being with you is a feeling can´t be beat
a strange kinda voodoo
running through my veins
it might be pleasure
but could be pain

I´m not responsible
for what I´m gonna do tonight
don´t hold me responsible
for my actions when you dim the lights
I can´t take the blame for what love has done to me
put it all down to a lack of responsibility

Whatcha gonna do with this situation
it could take all night to solve this equation
well I´ve got it bad babe and you are so good
listen good, don´t wanna be misunderstood

Had a chill-out in a bar
thought a lovely night ain’t far
saw this beautiful girl across from me
but she was waitin’ on others, so let her be
You know man – drink by drink till sunshine
watchin’ her all the time
cause that smile on her face makes me feel so fine
I couldn’t stand in my line

Talkin’ to you, honky tonky girl
I can’t get you out of my mind
Talkin’ to you, honky tonky girl
I’m in trouble, cause I’ve already signed
Talkin’ to you, honky tonky girl
Come on baby, I don’t wanna care
Talkin’ to you, honky tonky girl
Let’s have a strong love affair

Hey young lady, you drive me mad
I was on my way, just needed a good woman bad
but tonight, you’re talkin’ too much
I’m waitin’ all night long, but we never get in touch
Would you ask, baby, what’s goin’on with me
I’d say, I got everything I need:
my music, a girlfriend and a pretty nice home
but without you I’m feelin’ so alone

Talkin’ to you, honky tonky girl…

Hey everybody, have a look right into my face
I´m singing my songs, all over the place
we gonna have a party, all night long and If you
really want me I keep on keepin’ on oooh baby

have a look how I move – to the groove
and when the guitar sounds all right, everybody knows
that’s me, who’s playin tonight

Every night I pack my things in the car
hook my self up and travelling so far
after soundcheck drinkin one or two beers and you can’t
Imagine how happy I am playin here oooh baby

have a look how I move – to the groove
and when the guitar sounds all right, everybody knows
that’s me, who’s playin tonight

Some folks say I´m too young for that shit
But live without music, just ain’t hip
I wanna do this for the rest of my life
Nobody can stop me doin’ my rockn roll jive oooh baby

have a look how I move – to the groove
And when the guitar sounds all right, everybody knows
Till Kersting is playin’ tonight

Late at night as the cats creep out
children are sleeping don´t you make a sound
suburban slumber ain´t what it seems
where cascades of emotion evolve into dreams
runaway dreamer, let´s seize the day

Cinderella Sunshine
gonna make you mine
with our stars aligned, it´s easy
Cinderella Sunshine
working overtime
for a love divine it´s so easy

Afternoon in the city haze
being without you I´m confused & dazed
locked into each other with hopes & plans
and I´ve been waiting to meet you since time began
beautiful dreamer today´s the day

Cinderella Sunshine…

When I´m tired and lonely & I look into your eyes
though I know you well every time´s a surprise it´s no lie

Cinderella Sunshine…

See that girl standing over there, yes,
I mean that one with that long red hair.
And what about that black dressed one,
she looks at me all the time, but I’m not allowed to come.

I remember that girl in the pink shoes
legs out of hell, Ijust can’t refuse.
Her dress lifted to the sky
and under there was something I could not deny.

Girls, girls, everywhere
they’re in the park, they’re in the dark,
they’re on the train and in the plane.
Girls, girls, everywhere
they’re all dressed up, keep in shape,
you know there is no escape

there is no, there is no
there is no, there is no
there is no, there is no escape

Another girl sittin’ on a chair
with her legs apart,
and later on my way back home, I thought:
uhh, this girl was smart

But it’s allright with me,
she’s not my heart’s desire,
there’s just one woman in this world
who can set my soul on fire
Girls, girls, everywhere
they’re in the park, they’re in the dark,
they’re on the train and in the plane.
Girls, girls, everywhere
they’re all dressed up, keep in shape,
you know there is no escape

Girls, girls, everywhere…

there is no, there is no
there is no, there is no
there is no, there is no, oh no no no

there is no, there is no
there is no, there is no
there is no – no escape

Girls, girls, everywhere…

Everyday, baby, when the sun goes down
I’m not at home ‘cause I’m playin’ downtown
I do my job to get sometimes satisfaction
and it’s my everything to be in action
I don’t care what the people are thinkin’,
I ain’t drunk cause I ain’t drinkin’
(HE WANNA GO HI-HI-HIGHER)

Got home last night, my pockets full of money
Nobody’s home, where are you honey
Now I’m sad, call me a lonesome man
But I’m playin’ tomorrow downtown again
I don’t care what the people are thinkin’,
I ain’t drunk, I’m just drinkin’
(HE WANNA GO HI-HI-HIGHER)

Got home last night, my pockets full of money
Nobody’s home, where are you honey
Now I’m sad, call me a lonesome man
But I’m playin’ tomorrow downtown again
I don’t care what the people are thinkin’,
I ain’t drunk, I’m just drinkin’

Talking to my sister
I called her on the phone
I asked her where she’s been last night
And she said: “I was alone”
Hey, that ain’t right
Mama told a little more
You’re foolin’ around with the boyfriend of the girl livin’ next door

Talking to my grandma
She had a trip to the sea
She went with ten old ladies to the lake Okee Chobee
But granny, that ain’t right
You thought you’re out of grandpa’s sight
He caught you with another lover and he saw him holding you tight, that’s right

Lie on me, baby
Lie on me, baby
Lie on me, baby, but I’m feelin’ alright
Lie on me, baby
Lie on me, baby
Lie on me, baby, but I’m still on your side

Talking to my sweet, lovely mama
“You never did a thing bad
married thirty years and you never made trouble like that
And she said: that ain’t right
Do you remember last summer
You had a leaking tap and I had a one-night-stand
with that plumber

Lie on me, baby…

Give a little love, take a little love, get higher
Be the buyer of my soul
Give a little kiss, tell me that you miss desire
Just to make you feel alright

When you look at me the way you’re looking
I can’t control the flow of my soul
You’re the only one I need you’re the only one
I need you more than freedom

Give a little love, take a little love, get higher
Be the buyer of my soul
Give a little kiss, tell me that you miss desire
Just to make you feel alright

Squeeze me, tease me, please be bad
Give me that what I never had
If you need an honest man
Baby I reveal anything I can

Give a little love, take a little love, get higher
Be the buyer of my soul
Give a little kiss, tell me that you miss desire
Just to make you feel, to feel alright
honesty fills the night

Give a little love, take a little love, get higher…

Reviews

Gitarre&Bass

Good Times
